This insightful strengths identification process is prescriptive in nature and, along with the identification of those two dominant strengths roles, provides each individual with an in-depth guide that describes tangible ways to leverage one's comparative advantage in the workplace. StandOut Advantage™ is a half-day workshop experience that takes the identification of StandOut™strengths roles to the next level.

Strengths Finder 2.0™

The Strengths Finder 2.0™ online assessment, designed by The Gallup Organization, identifies an individual's top five talent themes out of thirty-four. More descriptive in nature, the assessment reveals how an individual sees him of herself and which patterns of behavior he or she most relates to. Strengths Finder 2.0™ also provides an in-depth report for the individual that describes action items for each of the top five talent roles to be applied in a variety of settings. A variety of workshops can be built around the use of the Strengths Finder 2.0™ assessment to enhance the effectiveness of talent identification and development.
